| If I can't make the program, what should I do? |
| You may schedule a visit whenever it is convenient. We will make every effort to put you in contact with current physics graduate students and faculty working in your area of interest. We will also provide a maximum of three nights no cost lodging at the Saga Motor Hotel. The entire campus will be using the local hotels for visiting prospective students during this time. To schedule your visit write to the Physics Graduate Office with your arrival and departure dates and times, the number of nights you need housing and your current mailing address. Visitors wishing to come outside of the 2 day program dates may contact the Physics Graduate Office by using the non-program visit form and include the appropriate travel information as well as the names of faculty or research groups you wish to visit. Due to the high volume of email we receive at this time, you might consider contacting professors directly to make appointments for either before or after the Information Day Program dates. Please refer to faculty listing or research areas for contact information. |
