- Getting to Caltech & Staying in Pasadena
- -Use either LAX or Burbank Bob Hope Airport
- -Shuttle service is available 24 hours from both airports to Pasadena
- -No reservation required TO Pasadena; reservation required upon return to airports
- -All visitors stay at the Saga Motor Hotel, 1633 East Colorado Blvd near Hill Avenue
- -The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to campus, maps are available at the front desk
- -You may check-in late at night, be sure we know when your flight arrives
- -Check-out by NOON, on Friday you may leave your bags in the PGO until 4pm
- Program Location and Times for Thursday
- -Program location is East Bridge Conference Rooms building #33 on map
- -East Bridge is on California Blvd between Wilson & Hill across from tennis courts
- -Program begins at 8:30 am with a big breakfast, schedule updated on program day
- -Lunch will be provided around noon on Thursday
- -Lunch will be provided around noon on Friday
- -Dinner provided at the Caltech Alumni House, 345 S. Hill Ave at 6:30 pm Thursday
- -Visitors are responsible for all other meals, sorry

- -A schedule will be provided on Thursday with times and locations
- -Visiting research groups is informal on a drop-in basis except where indicated
