"Optimal configurations of the filter cavity for future gravitational-wave detectors," F.Ya. Khalili, Moscow State University.

Abstract:
An inexpensive way to reduce quantum noise in future gravitational-wave
detectors is to use a relatively short filter cavity, which, depending on
tunings, can create squeezed light with frequency-dependent squeeze angle
and/or amplitude. Recently, several modifications of this method was
proposed. In the current work, performances of these schemes are compared,
and the optimal configuration is found.

"Displacement-noise-free gravitational-wave detection: multi-frequencies pump," S.P. Vyatchanin, Moscow State University.

Abstract:
We analyzed multi-frequencies pump for displacement-noise-free interferometer based on two Fabry-Perot cavities, positioned in line, and balanced scheme based on two Mach-Zehnder interferometers. Multi-frequencies pump increases the number of outputs and, hence, provides additional possibility to exclude the displacements of cavities mirrors and lasers keeping gravitational wave signal. Balanced configuration allows to exclude both laser and displacement noise.
