Introduction to Shell and Data Management on an HPC Cluster

Caltech Library is offering a workshop on using the Shell to manage and automate analysis on a High Performance Computing Cluster.  We'll also go over some data management best practices and how you can efficiently transfer data between the HPC cluster and the CaltechDATA repository for long-term access and preservation.

Some previous experience with the Shell command line will be assumed; e.g. attendance at the Library's Introduction to Shell workshop. 

Participants must be pre-registered on the Library calendar.
