Zeros and Singularities of Cosmological Wavefunctions

The most important probes of early universe physics are correlation functions of the CMB. Such cosmological correlators can be written in terms of a moreĀ primitive object called the cosmological wavefunction. The calculationĀ of wavefunction coefficients can be done perturbatively via sums over Feynman diagrams in flat, de Sitter or FRW space. In this talk, we approach such calculations via modern techniques developed in the study of scattering amplitudes, namely positive geometries, symbols of Feynman integrals and cluster algebras. We discuss how these structures present for e.g. in Yang-Mills amplitudes, have analogs in the study of flat and de Sitter wavefunctions in an interacting scalar theory.
