Vacation days must be used for any absence from the postdoc's appointment that is for personal reasons and unrelated to their appointment duties. If the postdoc does not have sufficient vacation balance, a personal leave may be considered depending on the length of the absence.

All vacation time must be recorded in the Time Away Tracker, accessible through the postdoc's Access account.
