Visa Fee Reimbursement

• Complete the Visa Fee Reimbursement Form
• If the expense was paid in a foreign currency using a non-U.S. credit card or bank account, please convert the total amount to USD using a currency converter (e.g., OANDA) based on the exchange rate on the date the expense was incurred. Save a screenshot or PDF of the conversion.
• Email the completed form to your group Admin with the appropriate receipt(s), including conversion if applicable.

Notes:

• Visa fees for family members are not eligible expenses
• For Caltech students converting to postdocs, only expenses incurred after the start of the postdoc appointment are eligible
