Vacation days must be used for any absence from your postdoc appointment that is for personal reasons and unrelated to your appointment duties. If you do not have sufficient vacation balance, a personal leave may be considered depending on the length of the absence.

All vacation time must be recorded in the Time Away Tracker, accessible through the postdoc's Access account.
